The contact details you give us (email and phone), and the recovery and reset emails sent to your SAFE2RECOVER address. We do not collect or access your normal inbox, your passwords, or your account contents.
Why we hold it
To do the one job you've asked us to do: hold a reset, alert you, and release it only when you approve. Your phone is used to send approval texts and, if you enable it, verification calls.
How long we keep it
Held mail is kept only while a decision is pending, plus a short retention window you control so you have a record. After that it's purged.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use your mail to train models. We use third parties only where essential to deliver the service (for example, to send the SMS), and hold them to the same standard.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data, and remove SAFE2RECOVER from your accounts, at any time. To make a request or ask a question, contact us at the address below.
